How to make a request
To request an item from the interlibrary loans service, just ask the staff at your local branch. Please try to have as much available information as possible concerning details of the publication requested.
How long will it take?
Delivery of items is dependent on a number of factors, including the accuracy of the details provided, location of the item, availability and the time spent in transit. Usually, requests are satisfied within Australia, in a period of between five and 20 working days. A fast-track service is available for items which are required urgently.
Renewals, advice or assistance concerning the inter-library loans service can be obtained by contacting the Information Services staff on 4350 1550 or email@example.com
