In a not-too-distant future, the world has been taken over by The Algorithm.
Designed to make life easier, smarter and more efficient, AI now controls everything. Adults receive their daily instructions through compulsory headsets, telling them where to go, what to do and even what to think. Creativity has been deemed unnecessary. Music, dance and live performance have disappeared, and theatres have been abandoned.
But there’s one thing The Algorithm didn’t account for…
Kids.
When a group of children stumble across an abandoned theatre, they discover something from the old world — a forgotten music player. Curious, they press play.
At first, nothing happens.
Then comes a beat.
A foot taps. A shoulder moves. And suddenly… they’re dancing.
If music can make them feel something, perhaps it can wake up everyone else too.
The kids devise a plan to OVERRIDE The Algorithm. To break its control, they must rediscover the lost languages of dance — from Ballet and Jazz to Contemporary, Hip Hop and Musical Theatre — and combine them into one final upload powerful enough to reconnect the world.
But The Algorithm is watching.
As it fights to regain control, the kids will need more than music and movement to defeat it. They’ll need the audience too.
Because some things can’t be programmed.
